We are a technology startup company engaged in development of compact modular equipment for 3D concrete printing for design objects and buildings. Saucom s.r.o. was founded in 2022 and stands on the base of many years of experience with machinery development.
The need for automation in construction grows constantly. There are high demands for reducing waste and emissions while increasing productivity. We have been interested in the idea of creating a device for concrete 3D printing for many years. Our thoughts are getting real shape since 2021.
We have built a 1:10 scale sample model to verify the mechanical properties of 3D printing device. Based on the tests we designed a new concept and a principle of the machine. The knowledge gained formed the basis of our business plan.
We participated in a start-up competition called My First Million by Technology Innovation Centre Zlin where we got 2nd place with our project. In addition to that, we formed a clear vision, built strong friendships, and gained new motivation and excitement for further work.
Our vision becomes reality. We founded Saucom s.r.o. standing on equity. This moment is a springboard for us into the world of business.
The development of the STORK V1 follows up the first design which verified and extended the requirements of the future customer. This creates a unique machine for concrete objects and buildings up to 25 m2. STORK V1 combines our main innovative ideas - compact dimensions, modular system and simple controlling.
SAUCOM has been modified into a professional graphic form. A new logo and website has been launched. We are also starting our activity on social media.
The project goal is to design and develop a SW application implementing the slicer function for controlling the "STORK V1" 3D printer prototype.
By completing the development of the machine prototype, we can start testing new ecological materials for smart city infrastructure.
